On July 13, 2023, Baoding Hongcheng Converter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully won the bidding for painting production line rectifier power supply equipment in Chongqing Changan Yubei Factory replacement and green intelligent upgrade construction project with complete design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, after-sales system and good corporate reputation.
Yubei Factory of Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. is the birthplace of Changan autonomous cars and the first autonomous car production base of Changan.
Factory was established in October 2004, covers an area of about 750 mu, construction area of about 255 mu.
The total investment of the factory is 2.8 billion yuan, and the annual designed production capacity is 280,000 units, which has made outstanding contributions to the sales of Chinese brand cars.
The factory has two bases (Yubei Base, fish mouth base), six functional departments and four process workshops, employing a total of more than 8,000 people.

This E51 new energy pure electric van is a new launch of Geely commercial vehicles, which is an electric light bus type created for diversified needs such as urban distribution and logistics transportation.
The design adopts the forward development of a new lightweight cage body, providing users with two length options of 4.5m and 4.8m, of which the 4.8m version of the product has a length, width and height of 4845/1730/1985 mm, and an internal volume of 6 cubic meters.

2018年7月2-3日，車(chē)身工程系列論壇 Car Body Painting 2018 第六屆汽車(chē)車(chē)身涂裝工程發(fā)展論壇在上海卓美亞喜瑪拉雅酒店圓滿(mǎn)落幕，保定宏誠(chéng)變流器作為本屆論壇的贊助商之一參與了此次會(huì)議，并進(jìn)行了電泳涂漆安全節(jié)能解決新方案——HC-MACS（IGBT模塊電源）應(yīng)用的演講。

2017中國(guó)涂裝產(chǎn)業(yè)年會(huì)暨新型涂裝工藝技術(shù)及綠色升級(jí)涂裝產(chǎn)品高端研討會(huì)，于11月23-25日在北京隆重召開(kāi)。
此次會(huì)議以“攜手共建、綠水青山”為年會(huì)主題，同期評(píng)選發(fā)布涂裝行業(yè)“最美涂裝環(huán)保企業(yè)”“優(yōu)秀涂裝工程師”獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)！會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)了國(guó)務(wù)院、工信部、科技部、環(huán)保部、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)，四院，九院，一汽大眾，北汽福田，中國(guó)一拖，三一重機(jī)，北汽新能源，奇瑞汽車(chē)，重慶長(zhǎng)安，中通客車(chē)，山東大學(xué)等眾多單位、企業(yè)共計(jì)260余人參加。
在年會(huì)上，我司總經(jīng)理袁世鋒先生以“涂裝電泳安全及節(jié)能的解決新方案——IGBT模塊電源”為題進(jìn)行了演講，重點(diǎn)介紹了IGBT模塊電源的發(fā)展，原理及應(yīng)用?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)展示了保定宏誠(chéng)為汽車(chē)涂裝行業(yè)服務(wù)過(guò)的項(xiàng)目成果。
模塊化電源即節(jié)電、省電泳漆、省去了功率補(bǔ)償及陽(yáng)極分流箱的投資成本等。多家汽車(chē)廠家產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣，表示愿意在新建項(xiàng)目中及改造項(xiàng)目中與宏誠(chéng)合作，并對(duì)宏誠(chéng)“智能電源的發(fā)展”提出更大愿景。宏誠(chéng)團(tuán)隊(duì)感到肩負(fù)著汽車(chē)涂裝技術(shù)發(fā)展使命，斗志昂揚(yáng)，希望對(duì)汽車(chē)涂裝技術(shù)多貢獻(xiàn)一份力。
為活躍員工身心、豐富業(yè)余生活、增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，我公司于2017年9月9日組織公司員工進(jìn)行了半天的野三坡拓展訓(xùn)練和半天的百里峽景區(qū)游覽。
上午八點(diǎn)半，我們到達(dá)位于野三坡與百里峽中心地界的拓展基地——清泉山，我們的拓展活動(dòng)“破冰起航”。
首先我們進(jìn)行了拓展前的熱身活動(dòng)，兩個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的小游戲消除了大家彼此間的陌生感，活躍了氣氛。然后，大家被教練分成兩組，并被要求在半小時(shí)內(nèi)選出隊(duì)長(zhǎng)，取隊(duì)名，定口號(hào)，繪制隊(duì)旗，選定隊(duì)歌并擺出團(tuán)隊(duì)造型。大家都集思廣益，分工合作，各顯其能。
第一個(gè)項(xiàng)目：破冰起航：
大家分成兩組坐在地上，為自己前方的人捏肩捶背，然后轉(zhuǎn)身向后輪換。游戲迅速消除了員工們的陌生感，營(yíng)造了很好的拓展氛圍，奠定了團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)。
抓手指游戲充分調(diào)動(dòng)大家的興奮度，增加大家的參與程度，提高團(tuán)隊(duì)的凝聚力，檢驗(yàn)大家的反應(yīng)能力。通過(guò)這個(gè)游戲讓所有人員注意力高度集中起來(lái)，拋開(kāi)其他所有思維，能更快的讓大家進(jìn)入到一天緊張的工作當(dāng)中來(lái)。
捏鼻子游戲通過(guò)讓大家雙手交叉旋轉(zhuǎn)來(lái)捏住自己的鼻子，然后再雙手反轉(zhuǎn)使兩只手分離。通過(guò)這個(gè)游戲使大家認(rèn)識(shí)到有些時(shí)候需要打破自己的固有思維，就像雙手交叉這個(gè)動(dòng)作一樣，手指位置不一樣，最后的結(jié)果也不一樣。
接下來(lái)的項(xiàng)目教練把大家隨機(jī)分成了兩組，并分組討論隊(duì)名、口號(hào)和隊(duì)歌，最后進(jìn)行隊(duì)形展示。
第二個(gè)項(xiàng)目是蛟龍出海：
蛟龍出海是一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)配合的項(xiàng)目，全隊(duì)的伙伴用綁腿繩將腳連在一塊，橫向一排。通過(guò)側(cè)行和前行規(guī)定的路線，在盡量少的時(shí)間內(nèi)從起點(diǎn)到達(dá)終點(diǎn)。在這個(gè)項(xiàng)目中，團(tuán)隊(duì)配合是至關(guān)重要的，如何調(diào)整自己與團(tuán)隊(duì)的步伐，稱(chēng)為團(tuán)隊(duì)成功的關(guān)鍵。
比賽馬上開(kāi)始了
比賽中輸了的王者必勝隊(duì)接受懲罰——“人家下次一定要贏哦！”
最后一項(xiàng)是智慧七巧板，這個(gè)游戲看起來(lái)很簡(jiǎn)單，但是由于分成的七個(gè)小組都有各自的任務(wù)，游戲開(kāi)始前各小組也沒(méi)有一起讀任務(wù)卡，在剛開(kāi)始的一段時(shí)間里，都處于各自為王的狀態(tài)，專(zhuān)注于自身的工作任務(wù)。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中，我們忽略了太多的因素。明確的目標(biāo)，充分的溝通交流，執(zhí)行力。一開(kāi)始就各自悶頭做事，不知道整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的目標(biāo)，更沒(méi)有做到充分的溝通交流，即使在游戲進(jìn)行一半的時(shí)候才知道團(tuán)隊(duì)的目標(biāo)，而這個(gè)目標(biāo)卻沒(méi)有得到徹底的執(zhí)行。各個(gè)小組之間沒(méi)有充分的交流，導(dǎo)致各忙各的，有的甚至連七巧板片片都得到不到，白白耽誤時(shí)間。這一點(diǎn)在實(shí)際的工作中，又何嘗不是呢。公司就是一個(gè)大團(tuán)隊(duì)，全體員工都要明確我們共同的目標(biāo)，然后各個(gè)部門(mén)圍繞著這個(gè)目標(biāo)，去調(diào)動(dòng)本部門(mén)的資源，分工協(xié)調(diào)，有效溝通，并以很好的的執(zhí)行力最終完成公司的目標(biāo)。
沒(méi)有靈魂的團(tuán)隊(duì)，就像盤(pán)散沙，不可想象。幾個(gè)集體游戲如果沒(méi)有人指揮，沒(méi)有簡(jiǎn)單的謀劃，沒(méi)有人付出和奉獻(xiàn)，在有限的時(shí)間里將如何去完成？工作中又何嘗不是如此呢？團(tuán)隊(duì)不僅僅是幾個(gè)人，幾十個(gè)人，甚至幾百個(gè)人，幾千個(gè)人站在一起就能稱(chēng)為團(tuán)隊(duì)，而且在團(tuán)隊(duì)中還需要成員之間的團(tuán)結(jié)，協(xié)作和默契，相互的信任等一系列諸多因素的集合，才能稱(chēng)為團(tuán)隊(duì)。通過(guò)這種拓展訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目，也使我們員工成為一個(gè)真正能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的戰(zhàn)略團(tuán)隊(duì)，大家各司其職、各負(fù)其責(zé)，在訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中不斷形成一種默契，由原來(lái)松散的個(gè)體磨合成為一個(gè)能夠沖破任何防線的團(tuán)隊(duì)。
結(jié)束了上午半天的拓展訓(xùn)練，下午我們來(lái)到了野三坡獨(dú)具特色的景區(qū)被譽(yù)為“天下第一峽”的百里峽景區(qū)進(jìn)行自由活動(dòng)。
開(kāi)心的時(shí)光總是過(guò)得特別快，下午五點(diǎn)半我們開(kāi)始返程，本次活動(dòng)圓滿(mǎn)結(jié)束。但美好的記憶和愉快的心情被帶回來(lái)了，大家的身心得到放松和調(diào)整，同事之間增進(jìn)了解，營(yíng)造了團(tuán)結(jié)、活躍、奮進(jìn)的氛圍，而且還將延續(xù)著。在以后的工作中，這些快樂(lè)將更加激勵(lì)大家努力向前，為公司創(chuàng)造優(yōu)秀的成績(jī)！
